Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF+ is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on Polyamide 612 (PA612, Nylon 612). PA612 combines the best qualities of both PA6 and PA12, such as toughness and reduced water absorption. With the addition of 15 wt.% short carbon fibers with optimized length distribution, the mechanical, thermal properties, and surface quality of printed parts are significantly enhanced.

Compared to Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF, it offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio, improved interlayer bonding quality (Z-direction strength), and better dimensional stability. After annealing, its thermal and mechanical properties are further improved. PA12 CF+ is an excellent choice for lightweight and strong end-use applications, such as jigs, fixtures, and various functional parts in manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
